WHERE DO WE DELIVER TO?
We deliver to most EU countries. If you do not see your country pop up contact us at email@example.com we can arrange special overseas delivery.
HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?
Shipping costs a flat £5 per order for shirts to all UK addresses. Bow Ties and Pocket Squares are £1.99 . If your order is over £100 then delivery is free.
WHAT COURIER DO WE USE?
We usually use Royal Mail 1st Class but we are always open to using another service should we find it to be more suitable/reliable.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN AN ITEM?
You have 30 days from the order date to return any items. Items returned must be unworn and in resalable condition. We try hard to accept all returns but in the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
Delivery Charges are non-refundable.
HOW DO I RETURN ANY UNWANTED OR UNSUITABLE ITEMS?
You don't like your Winston!? We're upset, but no worries.
You can return any item for a refund, or you can exchange it for a different size or colour. Just note down your details and your order number and include it with your Winston when you send it back to us.
POST - You can send the item(s) back to us through our logistics partner Storeship; their address will be clearly marked on your package. Any issues please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Everyone makes mistakes!
Please carefully check your Winston once they have arrived. Should you receive a faulty/damaged item please email us at email@example.com stating your Order Number and the nature of the fault.
We will aim to replace or refund your Winston as soon as possible. We will also refund delivery costs for any faulty/damaged item.
Fear not, you can post your item back and get an alternative size. Simply email us firstname.lastname@example.org and we will arrange a more appropriate size.
Please note that we can only exchange an item for the same style in a different size and that you will receive your new Winston once the original item once the item is received with us, which in total can take up to 28 days.
THE BORING STUFF
We will refund the price you purchased your item at. This includes sale/promotion items.
All goods will be inspected on return.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it’s packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way!
We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by accident.
